We’ve got our office set up in the Dharampath area of Nagpur, right near Zhenda Chouck. It’s a well-known spot because the Mata Mandir is just a stone's throw away. We are operating out of the premises of Arvind Limay. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and people walking by at all hours of the day. The office is tucked away in a spot that feels more like a home than a business center. We have a few rooms filled with desks and old metal cabinets for our files. The steel industry involves a lot of record-keeping, so we are always surrounded by stacks of paper. In the mornings, you can hear the sounds of the temple bells and the local market waking up. It’s a very local feel. We aren't interested in being a slick corporate entity with glass walls. We are just a group of people making sure the Nagpur side of the business runs smoothly. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up during our breaks. Sometimes the monsoon makes the streets around Zhenda Chouck a bit difficult to navigate, but we always manage to get in. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. Our desks are old, and the floors are a bit worn, but the work gets done correctly. It’s a steady, reliable place to work. We don't need anything more than that to get through our tasks.
