Irb Ltd,

We are based in Nagpur, specifically over in Yashoda Nagar on Jaitala Road. Our space is in Flat No 50 in Phase 2, so it’s more of a quiet, residential feel than a big business district. Irb Ltd has been using this location for a while now. It’s a bit out of the way, but that makes it easier for us to focus on our work without too much noise from the main road. Getting here can be a bit tricky if you don't know the phase 2 layout, but most locals find it okay. Inside, it’s just a normal office setup with what we need to get through the day. We have some desks and chairs and a cupboard for all the files. Nagpur heat is something we deal with every year, so we stay inside mostly. Our group is small and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't really do the corporate thing with meetings and presentations all day. Usually, it’s just us talking through what needs to happen next. We handle the paperwork and logistics from here. It’s practical and it works for us. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It is a simple way of working. We are just Irb Ltd, operating out of a flat in Hingna, doing our bit every day. There is no reason to make things more complicated than they need to be.
