Our place is located in Karanji (Road), which is part of the Pandarkwada taluka. We are right here in the Yavatmal district of Maharashtra. It is a bit of a drive to get out here but we find it's a good spot for managing the road work and infrastructure projects we handle in this region. We aren’t a big fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s a practical site office, mostly just a place to keep the equipment and the schedules straight. The weather gets pretty hot in Maharashtra during the summer months, but we just get on with it. Most of the staff comes from nearby villages. We’ve been set up in Karanji for some time now. You’ll see our trucks and workers around the local roads fairly often. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or advertising because there's always too much work to do on the ground. When people need to find us, they usually just ask around the village or look for the sign near the post. We keep a simple routine here. Start early in the morning before it gets too bright and wrap things up when the sun goes down. It is quiet out this way, which helps us focus. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to make sure the roads we work on stay in good shape for everyone. It is honest work and we like it.
