Irb Infrastructure & Developers Limited is based At Post Asawali. This is in the Khandala Taluka of the Satara district in Maharashtra. It's a rural area, so things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We like it that way. Our office is a simple structure. We don't have glass walls or fancy carpets. It's just a functional space where we handle our business. The air is a bit cleaner out here in Asawali. Most of us who work here live nearby. We don't have a corporate handbook telling us how to talk to people. We just talk like normal people. We've been part of the community for a long time. People know where the office is. We don't spend money on big advertisements. The work we do speaks for itself mostly. We keep our records in order and make sure the bills are paid. It's not a complicated life. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait for it to come back on and keep going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a good job for the projects we have. If you come by, you'll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some blueprints or paperwork. It's a very grounded way to work. We don't see the need for any of that polished corporate stuff. It's just us, working in Asawali and getting things done. It is fine for us.
