Iqbal Tour & Travels

Iqbal Tour & Travels is just a small office on Qidwai Road in Mominpura. We have been sitting here for years now, mostly just handling tickets and talking to people who need to get somewhere else. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes because of the traffic in Nagpur, but we don't mind it much. My father started this and now I just keep the books and answer the phone when it rings. Usually, it's just someone asking about bus timings or if a car is available for a wedding. We don't have any fancy furniture or a big staff, just a couple of us who know the routes well. Sometimes the tea guy from down the street comes by and we chat about how the neighborhood is changing. Mominpura has a lot of energy, and being right here near Timki means we see everyone coming and going. We keep a physical register for most things because computers can be a headache when the power goes out. People just walk in, sit on the bench, and tell us where they want to go. We try to figure out a way for them without making it complicated. It's not a corporate job, it's just what we do every day from morning until late at night. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but the maps on them are still good enough for us to work.
