Indorama Synthetics Ltd. Nagpur

This particular office for our Nagpur operations is located in the CPWD Quarters at Seminary Hills. It’s a bit of a unique spot since it’s a government residential area, but we use Qtrs No 312 for our administrative work. Seminary Hills is one of the greener parts of Nagpur, which makes for a nice view when we take a break. We handle the management side for the synthetic yarn and fiber business from here. It’s not a factory, so you won’t hear any loud machines, just the sound of typing and people talking on the phone. The rooms are basic, like any other government quarter, and we’ve just filled them with desks and storage racks for our records. Most of our time is spent tracking production schedules and talking to the people over at the main plant. It’s a quiet place to get work done without the usual city noise. We don't have a big staff here, so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done each morning. We have our tea together and talk about how the spinning mills are performing. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't interested in having a big glass office in a commercial hub. This setup works perfectly for our needs and allows us to focus on the numbers and the logistics without too many distractions.
