Ind Synergy Ltd.

We have another spot in Nagpur over at Nandanvan Colony. It’s Quarter Number 110-E, and we are located with P.J. Dongre. Nandanvan is a well-known residential area, so it’s easy for people to find. The quarter is a standard size, nothing too big or too small. We use it as a base for our Ind Synergy Ltd work in this part of the city. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't have any big corporate rules about how the desks should look. We just try to keep everything in order so we can find what we need. The neighborhood is full of families and other small offices. There’s a nice park nearby where some of us go for a walk during the break. The building itself is a bit older, with those heavy metal doors and fans that hum a lot. We deal with a lot of paperwork here. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It’s just whitewashed walls and basic furniture. We like being in Nandanvan because it’s close to the markets and the main roads aren't too far away. We’ve been here for quite a while now and the routine is comfortable for everyone involved. We usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with our families.
