Our Nagpur office is located at Adarsh Nagar, right around the 8th Mile on Amravati Road. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city center, but it’s easier to avoid the heavy congestion that way. The address is pretty straightforward for anyone coming down the highway. We’re in a part of Maharashtra that gets very dry, so we’re always making sure the water cooler is filled up. The office isn't anything elaborate. It’s just Ind Synergy Ltd Nagpur, and we’ve got our simple desks and chairs set up to handle whatever comes in. There’s a lot of space around Adarsh Nagar compared to the cramped areas in the heart of Nagpur. We usually start early before the sun gets too high. The 8th mile marker is the best way to explain where we are to people who haven't visited before. We have a few cupboards full of old files and some computers that have seen better days. The floor is plain tile and we try to keep it clean. It's a functional space. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just a small board. Most people who need us already know the way. We spend most of our time just catching up on logistics and making sure things are moving as they should. It’s a standard workday for us here and we like it that way.
