It is a residential-style building, so it doesn't look like a standard office from the outside. We have been in these apartments for a bit now. It is a decent spot, fairly quiet for the most part. Nagpur gets really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are working. Our space is just a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. It's not particularly large, but it serves its purpose for the team. We know the neighbors and they know us. There isn't a big sign out front, just the apartment number. If you are coming to see Ind Synergy Limited, you just head to Pratap Nagar and look for Vidya Vihar. It’s a pretty established part of town. We don't have much in the way of luxury. The chairs are comfortable enough and the tea is usually hot. We just get on with our work. There’s always a bit of paper around and some clutter, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical place for us to be based. We've stayed here because it's convenient and central enough for everyone. The parking can be a bit tight on the street, but we usually find a spot eventually.
