Our place, Ijm(India)Infrastructure Ltd., is in Shanti Nagar Colony at I-77. We are right near the Prem Nagar School and directly in front of the Hanuman Temple in the Itwari area of Nagpur-02. It is a very local spot, and you can always hear the school bell or the sounds from the temple throughout the day. We’ve been here for a while now, working on various infrastructure tasks across Maharashtra. Our office is simple and functional. We don't have a marketing budget or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just focus on the building projects we have on our plate. It’s a lot of practical work, like figuring out how to get materials through the narrow streets or managing the work schedules. We have a small team here who knows the area well. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so we usually start our days very early to beat the heat. There’s always a lot of activity in the office, with people coming in and out from the sites. We aren't a big corporate entity with lots of rules. We just work together to get the job finished. It’s a noisy, busy, and honest way to make a living. We’re just part of the local community here. We don't need things to be perfect, just want the buildings to stand strong. That is what keeps us coming back every morning, seeing the progress we make.
