We are located in Swavalambi Nagar, right in Nupur Apartment on London Street Road. If you find the Rachna Nitya Apartment, we are just opposite that on the second floor, flat 201. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice because it’s not as crazy as the main market. We deal with human resources stuff, which basically means we talk to a lot of people every day. We look at CVs and try to figure out if someone is a good fit for a job. The office is pretty small, just a couple of rooms with some chairs and desks we’ve had for years. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a calendar with a lot of scribbles on it and some half-empty water bottles. Sometimes the neighbors in the apartment building complain if we have too many people coming for interviews at once, so we try to keep things orderly and quiet in the hallway. It’s just a few of us working here in Nagpur. We try to be fair and just tell people the truth about the jobs they are applying for. It’s not always easy, especially when someone really needs work and there isn't much available right then. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it a long time.
