Our office is located in Yeshwant Nagar, right near where Sahare Sir lives in Hinganghat. This is in the Wardha district. We go by the name Ideal Road Builders Infrastrure Ltd. It’s a local business that focuses on the construction and maintenance of roads and general infrastructure. We chose this spot in Yeshwant Nagar because it’s easy for our workers and partners to find us. The office itself is quite basic. We have some tables for our plans and a few cupboards for the paperwork we have to keep. Most of the time, the real work is happening somewhere out on a road, so the office is just a home base for the administrative side of things. We like being in Hinganghat because it’s a tight-knit community. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk to describe what we do. We just build roads. It’s a lot of sweating and long hours, but it’s what we know. We try to keep things moving along without causing too much trouble for the neighbors. Sometimes the trucks are coming and going, but that’s just the nature of road work. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay as long as there are roads that need building in the Wardha area. It’s just regular people doing a regular job, keeping the local infrastructure in good shape.
