Hospital Management Consultancy

Our office is over in Madhav Nagar, specifically in the Ambardekar Sankul building at No. 101/ D. It is a typical office setting where we spend most of our time looking at charts, schedules, and various bits of hospital data. Hospital Management Consultancy sounds like a very formal name, but in reality, it is just a handful of us sitting in a room trying to figure out how to make things run a bit smoother for the clinics we work with. Madhav Nagar is a decent area to be in, though finding the right unit in a big building like Ambardekar Sankul can be a bit tricky for people visiting for the first time. We spend a lot of our hours on the phone or typing away on keyboards. It’s not the kind of work that gets a lot of attention, but it’s what we know how to do. The carpets are a bit worn and the coffee isn't always the best, but we get the job done. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to help hospitals manage their day-to-day problems so they don't get overwhelmed. It's a lot of practical advice and sorting through paperwork. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the other shop owners in the building, and we usually grab lunch at the same few spots nearby. It’s a quiet but steady existence.
