You can find Hiti Cottex Llp over in the Civil Lines area, which is usually a bit quieter than the main markets. We are situated in the Lemarvel building, specifically at 161 Flat No 702. Being up on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on Temple Road. It's a simple flat that we use for our business activities. Most of the time, the office is filled with the sound of computers or people talking on the phone about logistics. It isn’t a massive corporate headquarters, just a place where we sit and handle the day-to-day requirements. Getting up to the seventh floor is fine as long as the lift is working well. The Civil Lines area has its own charm, and it’s a decent place to work out of. We don’t really go in for a lot of decorations or fancy furniture. It is mostly desks, some chairs, and a lot of files that need looking after. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the shop downstairs when the afternoon gets a bit slow. We deal with whatever comes our way, from paperwork to client calls. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what the other person is doing. We just try to stay organized and keep the business running smoothly from this little spot on Temple Road. We’ve been here for a bit now and it suits us just fine for the kind of work we do every day.
