You can find us at K-31/2A 3A in the MIDC area on Hingna Road. This part of town is all about industry and factories, so it’s always got that hum of machinery in the background. At Jalaram Feeds, we spend our time dealing with grains and mixtures for animals. It’s a dusty business, honestly. If you walk into our unit, you’ll probably sneeze from all the fine particles in the air. We spend the day loading heavy bags and making sure the mix is what it’s supposed to be. It’s not a job for someone who wants to stay clean. We work with a lot of local farmers and suppliers who come through the MIDC area. Hingna Road can get really backed up with trailers, so we always have to plan our pickups carefully. We’ve got a small crew, and we’ve all been doing this long enough that we don’t need a manual to know when a batch is right. Sometimes the bagging machine jams, and we have to spend an hour poking at it with a wrench. It’s just part of the daily grind. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals; we just want to make sure the bags are filled and the trucks are loaded before we lock up for the night. It’s practical, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
