Balaji Adhesives

Our shop, Balaji Adhesives, is sitting at W 122 in the Hingna MIDC area. If you know Nagpur, you know that Hingna is a place where people really work hard. There is always a smell of chemicals or glue in the air around our unit because that is what we do. We handle different kinds of adhesives for all sorts of uses. Some are for wood, others for shoes or industrial stuff. The shelves are packed with tins and jars of all sizes. It gets a bit sticky on the tables sometimes, no matter how much we try to keep it clean. We have a small desk in the corner where we handle the bills and the phone calls. The fan overhead makes a clicking sound that we don't even notice anymore. Most of our customers are people from the nearby factories who need something to stick things together. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the glue we sell actually works like it should. In the afternoons, when the sun hits the tin roof, it gets quite warm inside. We usually take a break then and sit outside for a bit. There is a lot of dust from the road traffic, but that is just part of being in an industrial zone. We’ve been at W 122 for a long time and don't plan on moving.
