Hindustan Construction Company

We are located in Katol, in the Vaishnavi Apartment building on the second floor. It’s Flat No-201. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Friends Convents School. It’s a nice little area, though it can get a bit noisy when school is letting out. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We handle all the local construction planning and admin work from this spot. Katol is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so things move at a slightly different pace here. We know most of the people who walk by. Inside the office, it’s mostly just filing cabinets and desks covered in drawings. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. Whoever is closest to the door usually answers it. We spend a lot of time talking to the crews and making sure materials arrive when they should. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes we are out at the sites all day and the office is empty, but usually, there’s someone here to take a message. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. It’s just a regular local business setup. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show up and do the work that needs doing under the Hindustan Construction Company name. It's practical work for practical people, and we like it that way.
