You can find us at number 6, Pathan Lay Out in the Gajanan Nagar area of Nagpur. We’ve set up our contracting business here to handle various trade and construction jobs. It’s a decent neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know the locals over the years. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of site visits and meeting with suppliers for materials. We don't have a polished corporate office; it’s more of a working space where we can plan out our next projects. Contracting is a bit of a grind sometimes, with all the moving parts and making sure the labor is on time. We do our best to stay on top of things. Whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger building project, we approach it the same way. We just look at what needs to be done and try to figure out the most practical way to finish it. Nagpur is a growing city, so there’s always something being built or fixed up. We don't use big words or try to sell people on things they don’t need. We just give them a straight answer about what the job involves. The team is small but we’ve worked together for a long time. We like being based in 440022 because it’s easy to get to most parts of the city from here. It’s just a normal business doing normal work, and we plan to stay right here in Pathan Lay Out for the foreseeable future.
