Harihar Housing Pvt. Ltd. is based right on Manewada Road in Nagpur. Our office is in Room Number 1, which is a small space where we handle all the housing stuff we do. It’s not a big corporate building, just a local spot where we can meet and keep our files in order. Nagpur is a place that's always seeing new houses go up, and we've been involved in that for quite some time. Most of our day is spent dealing with site managers, checking on supply deliveries, or helping people understand the paperwork for their new homes. It’s often loud outside with the traffic on Manewada Road, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or polished sales pitches. Usually, folks just find us by walking into the office or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We keep things pretty informal. There’s usually a pot of tea going and a lot of talk about cement prices and labor.
