Our office is over in Pande Layout, in the Khamla area of Nagpur. It is a decent neighborhood to work in. We have a small setup here that handles the local distribution and orders. It is not a massive warehouse, just a focused office space. We have a few staff members who handle the phones and the walk-ins. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend most of May just trying to stay cool. We do not have any polished corporate brochures lying around. Most of our work is done through direct contact and long-standing relationships. We deal with a lot of contractors and builders from around the city. The office is usually a bit messy with catalogs and order forms. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to apologize to people. That is just part of the trade. We have been in this layout for several years now. It is a quiet street away from the main road noise. We like it that way because we can actually focus. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to get the orders right and make sure the stock is where it needs to be. It is just a regular job for us and we take it as it comes. Usually, we are out of here by the evening to avoid the worst traffic.
