Gulf Beach Trading & Contracting Doha (Qatar)

Our office for Gulf Beach Trading & Contracting is actually located in Nagpur, at 453 Benjamin Appartment. It might seem a bit odd having a Doha, Qatar name while we are sitting here in Maharashtra, but that is just how the business is set up. We handle a lot of the paperwork and the contracting side of things from here. The apartment is in a decent area of Nagpur, and it’s mostly where the administrative stuff happens. We aren't out on a beach somewhere, even if the name says so; we are usually just at our desks dealing with project files. Nagpur is a good place to be based, it’s central and usually a bit calmer than the bigger metros. We do a lot of trading work, which means a lot of emails and long-distance calls. Sometimes we have to coordinate with people over in Qatar, so the hours can get a little bit strange depending on the time difference. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a practical space, nothing too elaborate. We just focus on getting the contracts sorted and making sure the trading side of the business stays on track. It’s just us and the computers most of the time. People in the building know us as the guys who work with the overseas projects. It keeps us busy and there’s always a new contract to look over.
