Our office in Nagpur is located at 85, Empress Mill's Housing Society. It is in the Srinagar area. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to the main commercial hubs of the city. The office is basically a house that we use for business. It feels more comfortable that way. We have a small yard out front where we sometimes keep a few things. Inside, it is mostly desks and computers. We handle the regional work from here. The 440015 area is pretty easy to navigate once you get off the main road. We do not have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the house number. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We know the local distributors well. There is no pressure to act like a big corporate office. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. During the summer, the Nagpur heat is really something, so we keep the coolers running all day. Sometimes we share a meal together at lunch. It is a relaxed atmosphere but we stay busy. We do not spend money on fancy brochures. If someone wants to know about our products, we just show them what we have. It is a practical way to run things and it seems to work for us and the people we deal with.
