Grasim Cement

We are based at Pl No 4A in Gajanan Nagar, which is inside the Saraswati Vihar Colony. It is right off the Ring Road in Nagpur, so it is easy to find but it stays fairly quiet once you turn off the main road. The office is a simple building, nothing like the big glass towers you see downtown. We have a small front area where we park our scooters. Inside, it is just a few rooms where the Grasim team works. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are topped up with water. The Ring Road always has a lot of heavy trucks moving, so there is a constant hum of traffic in the background. We have some basic furniture, a couple of computers, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. It is a functional space. We do not really have visitors often, so we don't worry much about how the place looks. Most of us live nearby, which makes the commute easy. We usually grab lunch from the local shops or bring tiffins from home. It is a straightforward work environment. We handle the cement-related paperwork and talk to the dealers over the phone. There is nothing flashy about it, just a group of people doing their jobs in a regular Nagpur neighborhood.
