Our office is on the second floor of the IT Park building, units 14/1 and 14/2, over on South Ambazari Road in Gayatri Nagar. We’re right across from the Persistence building, which most people in Nagpur know. Working out of the IT Park gives us a bit of a different vibe compared to a storefront. It’s a bit more of a professional setting, but we still keep things pretty informal inside. We spend our hours coordinating travel plans and managing bookings for various clients. Being in Nagpur, we get a mix of business travelers and families. The space is mostly desks and computers. We aren't into big speeches or fancy slogans. We just focus on getting the flight or the hotel sorted without any glitches. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, but once you get up here, it’s a quiet place to work. We deal with a lot of data and schedules every day. It’s mostly about staying organized. We have been here for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the IT Park. Most of our work happens through email and phone calls, but we do have people come by the office occasionally. It’s a practical way to run a travel business. We try to be helpful and just give people the information they need to make their trips work. It's not always easy, but we manage just fine.
