Our office is tucked away in Satranjipura, near Santajimath in Nagpur. It’s a bit of an older part of the city, at address number 8. It’s a busy area with a lot of local trade going on. We’ve been operating from here for a long time, and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy business park with glass walls. It’s a regular brick-and-mortar building that has been here for ages. We do our work in coal and mining, which means we’re often dealing with a lot of heavy data and logistics. The office is usually a bit messy with files and maps spread out. We don’t really care about keeping everything perfectly organized for show. As long as we know where everything is, it’s fine. The heat in Nagpur can be pretty brutal during the summer months, so we usually have the coolers going full blast. We’re a small team, and we don't have a lot of formal rules. We just trust each other to do what needs to be done. It’s a very practical way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big titles or fancy words. We just want to get through our list of tasks and make sure everything is running the way it should be. Most of our guys have been around since we started. We just focus on the job and then call it a day.
