We've been at Wale Sadan for a long time now. Most people know us because of the Garaboc Maidan nearby. It’s a busy spot and we spend most of our days here handling glass of all types. It’s hard work and the shop gets pretty dusty with the cutting and all. Sometimes we are just moving big sheets around and trying not to break anything. It’s mostly just a few of us here. People come in asking for mirror pieces or window panes and we just get to work. It’s not fancy. The floor usually has some scraps on it and the glass cutters make that specific screeching noise all day. My father used to say that you can tell how busy we are by how many shards are in the bin by evening. We just focus on the job at hand. Nagpur Glass Co. is just a regular place where we show up, do the measurements, and hope the customer is okay with the wait. It’s right there at B. O 57. The traffic outside can be a bit much, especially during the afternoons when the sun hits the shop front. We don’t have any big signs or anything. Just the workbench and the tools we’ve had for years. It’s a simple living. We know the neighbors and they know us. That’s how it goes in this part of town. Just everyday glass work.
