Gannon Dunkerley & Company Limited

We’re over at Satyam Apartment in Room Number 201. It’s located in Gayatri Nagar, right off Koradi Road in Nagpur. Being on the second floor of an apartment building might seem a bit unusual for a construction company, but it works for us. It’s a practical space where we can handle all the administrative side of Gannon Dunkerley & Company Limited. We’ve been based in Nagpur for quite a while now. The area is convenient for reaching our various project sites around Maharashtra. We aren't really into the whole corporate image thing. Our office is just a place where we keep our records and talk about the next day's plans with the site supervisors. We have a small, dedicated staff that handles everything from the payroll to the technical drawings. It gets pretty busy in here, especially when a new project starts up and we have to coordinate a lot of moving parts. We don't spend money on fancy signs or any kind of advertising. Most of our work comes from people knowing we do a solid job on the actual site. We just focus on the engineering and the physical building part of the business. It’s honest, hardworking stuff. We deal with the usual daily problems like anyone else would. Sometimes the traffic on Koradi Road is a total mess, but we manage to get through it. We just keep things moving along as best as we can every day.
