We are Ngda Airconditioning & Ref Pvt Ltd over here in Nagpur. Our shop is located at the Mount Road Extension. It’s been a family thing for a long time, keeping the legacy of Late Mr. Pc John going. Nagpur gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so we stay pretty busy fixing cooling units and refrigerators. It is not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. You will usually find us surrounded by old parts and tools. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It's mostly just us working in the back. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other days it is a bit quieter. We try to handle every repair that comes our way. The building is easy to find if you know the extension area. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know who we are. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. The name on the registration is a bit long, but we just think of it as the family business. We use simple tools and traditional methods mostly. If a machine is broken, we look at it and try to fix it. That is about the whole story. We keep the doors open and just take it one day at a time here in Nagpur.
