It’s a decent spot, though the traffic can get a bit much during the peak hours when everyone is heading home after a long shift. Working in the steel industry means dealing with a lot of numbers and logistics every single day. We spend most of our time at our desks or on the phone trying to coordinate shipments and checking on production schedules for various orders. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer months, which definitely affects the mood around the office, but we manage somehow. The temple nearby is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. It’s not a giant glass building or anything like that. It’s just a practical office where the work gets done by regular people. Most of the staff here have been with the company for a good while now, so there is a sense of routine that everyone follows. We handle the steel business from this corner of the city. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes there are delays with the transport trucks, which is just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't big on corporate speeches or long meetings that lead nowhere. It’s mostly just about looking at the orders and making sure the steel gets to where it needs to be on time without any major issues cropping up.
