We run Estrategia Business Consultants Private Limited from our office at Plot No. 1023 in Ashirwad Nagar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so our office is actually a converted house on a fairly quiet street. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors all know us by now. Being in Ashirwad Nagar means we don't have to deal with the intense noise of the city center, which is nice when we need to concentrate. Our work involves helping other businesses with their plans and day-to-day operations. It sounds fancy, but mostly it’s just us sitting at our desks and thinking through things. The office has a bit of a garden out front, though we don't always have time to look after it properly. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves of files and a couple of computers. We don't have a big staff, so things are pretty informal around here. Sometimes we work late if there’s a lot to do, and other times we finish early if it’s a slow day. We don't follow a strict corporate manual or anything like that. We just do the work as it comes. We like the atmosphere of working from a house because it feels more relaxed than a glass tower. It’s a practical way to run a consultancy without spending too much on a flashy office. We are just a group of people who know a bit about business, trying to make a go of it from Plot 1023.
