Our office is in the Dhanshree Apartment building on the Ring Road in Nagpur. We are at Plot 9, specifically in Pratap Nagar. Being right on the Ring Road means it is always noisy with trucks and cars passing by. We have a small space here in the apartment complex. It’s not a big corporate park, just a regular residential-style building where we’ve set up shop. Maharashtra summers are tough, but we manage with the fans and some cold water. We’ve been here in Pratap Nagar for a few years now. Most of the people working here are from this side of Nagpur. We spend our days looking over site plans and talking to contractors. The apartment has a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right. We keep things pretty simple. There are no receptionists in fancy uniforms here. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. We deal with infrastructure projects across the region, so there's always someone coming in with mud on their boots. We drink our chai and talk about the day's tasks. The Ring Road makes it easy for us to get to our project sites quickly. It is a practical location for what we do. We don't worry about being fancy, we just worry about the work and getting it done before the day is over.
