Era Building Systems Ltd

Our office is located at Sai Niwas, which is house number 3486/43 in the New Lokkalyan Housing Society. This is in Somalwada, right off Wardha Road in Nagpur. Era Building Systems Ltd operates from this spot. It is a typical residential society, so keeping things quiet for the neighbors is important to us. No giant factory is needed for what we do. Planning and managing building systems takes up most of our time. The office itself is basically a couple of rooms filled with files and some computer gear. Somalwada is a growing part of Nagpur, so we see a lot of change around us lately. The heat here in the summer is no joke, so we have the coolers running all day long. Spending time on the phone or driving out to different project sites is the norm. Wardha Road is always busy, which makes getting around a bit of a chore sometimes. Being the biggest company out there isn't really our goal. Focus stays on the jobs we have and making sure they get finished. It is a simple operation. Lunch is usually eaten together while we talk about the work. There are no big corporate meetings or fancy presentations here. Just local guys doing their thing in a housing society office. It suits us just fine. Most days find us buried in paperwork and site schedules.
