Era Building Systems Ltd

Era Building Systems Ltd is based out of H. No. -12 in the SBI Aradhana Housing Society. This is over on Katol Road in the Sadar area of Nagpur. Arvind Kumar Sharma runs things from here. Society life is quiet enough most of the time, which is good when we have to focus. Heat in Nagpur gets really intense, so we try to do the heavy lifting early in the day. Our office is basically part of the housing complex. Fancy desks aren't a thing here; we just have what we need. Technical manuals for the building systems we work with are piled everywhere. People in the society know us well. Site visits across Maharashtra take us away sometimes, but this is where the planning happens. Keeping things simple is how we like it. No corporate jargon or long emails ever come from us. We prefer just calling people up. The Sadar area is central, so it is easy to get parts or meet people halfway. Hard work is what we’ve been doing for a while now. House number 12 is right near the front, so we are easy to spot. Open doors help let some air in during the afternoon. It is just how we do things here in Nagpur. No need for anything more complicated than that.
