Enkay Tools is tucked inside Kanoria Bhavan on Ghat Road. It’s a busy spot, always something moving outside. We’ve been dealing with tools for a long time. The place gets dusty, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working with metal and hardware. We aren't big on decorations. The shelves are packed with whatever we’re stocking that week. If you walk into Kanoria Bhavan, you’ll probably hear us before you see us. Ghat Road is a tough area, lots of traffic and noise, but it suits us fine. We started out small and stayed that way for a reason. It lets us keep an eye on everything. We don't use any fancy systems, just our hands and what we know. People come in looking for specific things, and we try to find them in the back. Sometimes it takes a minute. The building is sturdy, though it shows its age. We spend most of our hours here, from early morning until the sun goes down. It's practical work. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the trade. When a shipment comes in, everyone chips in. It's not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside. It’s just honest work with tools in a busy part of town. We don't really bother with advertisements or any of that. People just know where we are when they need something specific.
