Elite Associates

Our office is up on the fifth floor of Mohata Apartment on Katol Road. The elevator sometimes takes a minute to arrive, so some people end up taking the stairs, which is quite a climb. We are tucked away behind the SBI Bank in the Chhoini area of Sadar Bazar. It is a busy part of Nagpur, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. Inside the office, things are usually pretty busy with phones ringing and people coming in for meetings. We have a few windows that look out over the neighborhood, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer screen. Being in Sadar Bazar means there are plenty of places to grab a quick tea or some snacks nearby. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other. It is not a corporate headquarters type of place, just a regular work space where we get things done. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage. Most of the people who come here are just looking for advice or help with their paperwork. We have been in this building for some time now and know most of the other folks working on the different floors. It is a decent place to spend the day, even if the fifth floor feels a bit high up sometimes.
