Elbee Express Pvt Ltd is based at Plot No 64 / 63 in the Manohar Vihar Colony, which is in the Hajari Pahad area. It is a bit of a residential feel around here, which makes the office feel less like a cold corporate space. We are in the express delivery business, so things tend to move quickly once they actually start moving through the system. Most of our day is spent waiting for packages to arrive or sorting them out for the final delivery to customers. The office has a lot of shelves and a few wooden benches where we sort through the mail and parcels. It’s not a very big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping load the small delivery vans. Manohar Vihar is a quiet colony, but we keep it a bit busy with our daily operations and vehicles coming in and out. We have been here for a while and most of the neighbors know us by sight. There isn't any fancy mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and maybe a list of phone numbers for the local drivers. We deal with regular people and small businesses who just want their stuff to get where it's going without any trouble. It is a straightforward job with its own set of daily problems like heavy traffic or bad weather, but we just deal with them and move on.
