We are a local Nagpur business through and through. The office isn't anything to brag about—just a practical space where we can sit down and handle our business. It can get a bit noisy with the hospital traffic nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We aren't into that whole corporate culture with long meetings about nothing. Instead, we just get in, check our emails, and work on whatever project is currently on the table. We’re a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business, which makes things easier most days. We don't have a professional writer to make us sound like some global powerhouse. We’re just a bunch of people in Chitamani Nagar trying to make something work in the education sector. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the files, and the coffee isn't always the best, but we get the work done. We like being in this part of Nagpur because it feels like the heart of the community.
