Our branch is located at 158/C in the Vishweshwar Apartments, which is right by the Ambazari Hill Top in Nagpur. Being in an apartment building for a courier office makes it feel a bit more like a neighborhood spot rather than a big corporate center. We have parcels coming in and out all day long. DTDC has a lot of branches, but this one is ours to run. We see people from the Hill Top area coming in with boxes to send to their families or for work stuff. The humidity in Nagpur can be tough, especially when we are loading up the cargo. We just try to keep things moving as quickly as we can. There is always tape clicking and paper being stapled around here. It is not a silent office by any means. We have to stay organized otherwise things get lost, and nobody wants that. Sometimes we have to explain to people why a package might take an extra day if there is a storm or a truck breakdown. It is just practical, everyday work. We know the streets around Ambazari pretty well by now. If you need to find us, look for the sign near the entrance of the apartments. We are usually there from morning until late evening, just getting the mail sorted and sent off. It is a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we make it work somehow.
