It’s a convenient spot because we are quite close to the Airport Centre Point, which makes it easy for people to find us even if they aren't from this part of town. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so our office is always a place where we try to keep the coolers running while we look over building plans. We handle various construction jobs, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with bricks, cement, and laborers. The office in Ujjwal Nagar is where we do all the boring but necessary stuff like payroll and ordering materials. It’s not a polished showroom. You’ll probably see some samples of tiles or bits of hardware lying around the corners. We like being in Somalwada because it’s a growing part of the city and there is always something being built nearby. Our days are mostly spent on the phone or out at the sites, but this is where we come back to wrap things up. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just try to build things that stay standing and make sure our clients aren't left waiting. It’s a simple business run by people who know the local area and the challenges of building in this climate.
