Our office for Dreamz Consultancy is on the first floor of the J B Wing in the Mangalwari Complex. We are right in the heart of Sadar Bazar, which is always a hive of activity. Finding Plot No. A 10 can be a bit tricky the first time because the complex is quite large, but once you’re here, it’s easy to remember. The office has a lot of natural light coming through the windows, which helps when we’re looking through paperwork all day. It’s a functional space with a few computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of chairs for when clients stop by. We chose Sadar Bazar because it’s central and everyone knows how to get here. The hallways in Mangalwari Complex are usually busy with people going to different shops and offices, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We’re just a small team of consultants. We don’t wear suits unless we absolutely have to. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we take the work seriously. There are no mission statements framed on the walls here. We just focus on giving people the information they need and helping them figure out their next steps. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the stalls downstairs. It’s a good place to work, even if the parking in Sadar Bazar can be a real headache sometimes. We just make do with what we have.
