The Nandanwan area is a good hub for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We aren't interested in making fancy speeches about what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they last. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them quickly. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in where we can, whether it's filing papers or going out to a site to check on the concrete. It’s just how we operate.
