Our office for D.P.Jain & Co. Infrastructure Pvt.Ltd. is situated at Plot Number 12 in Vivekanand Nagar. We share the space with B.M. Inakane, and it’s right there on Khamla Road. It’s a good part of Nagpur to be in, though parking can be a bit of a struggle if you arrive too late in the morning. We spend most of our time coordinating site visits and managing the crews. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed but there’s always something that needs fixing or a schedule that needs adjusting. We handle various infrastructure tasks, so there's always talk about cement, steel, and labor. It’s a practical business. We don’t have fancy carpets or expensive coffee machines. We just have a place to sit, some fans to keep the Nagpur heat at bay, and our work. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't need to say much to get things moving. Sometimes the neighbors come by to talk, and we like that community feeling. It’s a bit messy at times with all the blueprints and site reports laying around, but we know where everything is. We just keep our heads down and try to finish our projects without too many delays. It's just a regular office for people who do real work. We aren't big on titles or formalities, we just want to get the projects finished and the bills paid.
