Dmkr Helping Hand Foundation

We are located in Ward No 1, over at Plot No 1273 E near Sai Point in Mauda. If you know the Nagpur area, you know Mauda is a bit quieter than the main city, which we actually like. Our office is easy to find because everyone knows where Sai Point is. It’s a very basic setup, just a simple room where we keep our supplies and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have a big budget for fancy furniture or decorations. Most of our things are second-hand or donated by people who live nearby. During the summer, it gets incredibly hot here, so we usually start our work very early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood or talking to folks in the market about what they need. Our team is just a handful of local people who wanted to give a helping hand to others in the village. We don't have a website or a big social media page. We just talk to people face to face. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized because we have so much to do and so few hands, but we manage to get through it. There is always someone dropping off old clothes or food at our door. We just try to make sure everything goes to the right place without making things complicated.
