Our office is tucked away on Tekdi Road in the Sitabuldi area, and we share the space with Shri Prakash Govind Trivedi. If you have ever been to Sitabuldi, you know how hectic and alive it feels. There is always a crowd and something happening right outside our door. We’ve been running this chit fund for a good while now, and it has become a regular stop for many people in the neighborhood. The office itself is quite plain, just a place to sit down and go over the monthly contributions. We don’t have big neon signs or polished floors. It is mostly just us and our members, who are usually people we’ve known for years. We handle the collections and the draws with a lot of care because we know how much everyone relies on this money. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little disorganized when things are moving fast, but we always get it sorted out by the end of the day. We drink plenty of tea and chat with whoever comes in to pay their dues. It’s a very local way of doing things, based on trust rather than big corporate rules. We appreciate the people who stick with us year after year. Being on Tekdi Road means we are right in the heart of the city’s trade, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It is just a basic, hardworking office where we do our best for the community.
