We are located in the Ganeshpeth area of Nagpur, specifically in Mahal. Our office is at H.No. 226 and we operate as Divecon Advisory Llp. We are actually located within the premises of Ramdas Gotmare’s place. It is a bit of an older building, which gives it a lot of character. We like being in this part of town because it feels very traditional and grounded. The work we do is mainly advisory, so we spend a lot of time talking things through and looking at different options for the people we help. Our office setup is very basic. We have a couple of tables and enough chairs for the team. It is not a place with glass walls or shiny floors. It feels more like a home office, which suits us just fine. Ganeshpeth is a lively neighborhood with a lot of small shops and houses packed close together. We are part of that community. We don't have a big sign outside, so people usually have to look for the house number. We find that we get most of our work through people we know or locals who hear about us. It is a quiet way to run a business, but it keeps us busy enough. We just take each day as it comes and try to be as helpful as we can with the advisory tasks we handle.
