If you find yourself near the ITI in Parbhat Nagar, you’ll probably see Shop Number 63. That’s us. It isn’t a very large place, just enough room for a couple of desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We handle a lot of the local paperwork and help folks out when they need things sorted. Usually, it’s just two or three of us sitting here. The fan hums all day, and we keep the door open to get a bit of a breeze from the street. Parbhat Nagar can get quite noisy with the traffic and the students from the institute nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm with glass walls. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the tea gets cold because we're busy talking to someone about a form or a project. We’ve been in this same spot for a long time, and the locals know where to find us if they have a question. Often, people just drop by to say hello or ask for a bit of advice. We keep things pretty simple. There’s no fancy waiting room, just a few plastic chairs. We do our best to stay organized, even when the desk gets buried under folders. It’s just how a small neighborhood office goes, I guess. We aren't in any rush to change things.
