Bhagwati Traders

Bhagwati Traders is located in the Suvichar Prakashan Building, number 175, which is right in the Mehadia Chowk area of Dhantoli. Being near Prahlad Dairy makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic around the chowk can be a real headache some days. Every morning we start by cleaning up the front area before the first person arrives. Our space is mostly filled with stock and ledgers. We have been in this part of town for a while, and we know most of the people who walk past our door. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of noise from the street and the shops nearby. Inside, it is a bit cramped because we try to fit as much inventory as possible on the shelves. There is always someone coming in to ask about a price or to check on a delivery. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing out receipts by hand. The building itself is older, and you have to watch your step on the stairs. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people just know us by name. Dealing with suppliers and customers takes up the whole day, and by evening we are usually just ready to shut the shutters and head home. It is a typical trading life, full of small details.
