We are located in Nagpur, out in the Godhani area. Our office is actually inside a residential building called Pioneer Green Court. We are in Block B, specifically Flat No 201. It’s a bit different from a standard office building, but we like the quiet atmosphere here. Being in a flat makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded city center. Most of the people around us are just families living their lives, which keeps things grounded. We do our advisory work from here every day. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of secretaries. When you come to see us, you’re just coming to our workspace. We chose this spot in Nagpur because it’s away from the main chaos, but still easy enough for people to reach. The desks are usually piled with papers and we spend most of our time on the phone or computer. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure we give honest advice to the people who come to us. It’s a simple setup in a regular neighborhood. We’ve been here for some time now and it feels like home to us. It’s practical and it works for what we do for Dev Om Advisors Llp. We just keep things moving along steadily.
