We have been at Plot No. 04 in Ishwar Nagar for a while now. It is a quiet spot in Nandanwan, Nagpur, though the main road gets quite loud during the evening rush. Our office is just a simple place. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. That is just how things go here in Maharashtra. Nagpur is hot, so we usually have the fans going full speed. People know us around here because we have been in this same spot. It is easy to find us if you know where the big tree is near the corner. We do not have any fancy signs or a big glass front. It is just a regular building where we get our work done every day. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a scooter to get here. The address is 440009, in case you are looking on a map. We have a few desks and a lot of paper around. Sometimes the tea boy from the corner shop comes by twice a day. It is not a corporate setup with a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. We have been part of this neighborhood for a long time. It feels like home more than an office. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. No big speeches here.
