Das Aanandam Nidhi Limited

Our place is located right near Model Mill Square on Umred Road. It's house number 887. It’s an old area with a lot of history, and we like being part of it. The office stays busy because there’s always something happening out on the street. This is where Das Aanandam Nidhi Limited is based. We get all kinds of people coming in—laborers, teachers, and shopkeepers. Everyone has a different story. We manage the Nidhi accounts and try to help people save for their future. It isn't always easy, and sometimes the rules get complicated, but we explain it as best as we can in plain Marathi or Hindi. We don't use big English words if we can help it. The space inside is a bit tight when more than three people show up at once. We usually just pull up an extra stool. There is a lot of traffic noise outside, so we have to speak up sometimes. We’ve been at this address for a while now. People know the door is open. We don't do fancy advertising. Our name spreads by word of mouth in the neighborhood. Some days we stay late to finish the accounting because we want to be sure everything is correct. It's just honest work. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to help our neighbors handle their money without too much fuss. That’s what Aanandam is about for us.
